- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except sesame seeds.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan, shaping it gently.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- For extra glaze, add some additional gochujang mixed with ketchup on top in the last 10 minutes of cooking.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice and serve, garnished with sesame seeds.
