Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of oil and sauté the onions, peppers, and mushrooms until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet, cooking until browned and no longer pink, around 5-6 minutes.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the beef and vegetable mixture, stirring to combine evenly.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese over the top of the pasta mixture, followed by the mozzarella cheese.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving, garnishing if desired.
